Join Community Resources and Housing Development Corporation (CRHDC) Giving Hope a Home to ensure ALL Coloradans have access to safe, attainable, and affordable housing this holiday season.

Celebrating 51 years of providing pathways to housing resources and asset-building opportunities to the state of Colorado. We do this through innovative approaches in providing sustainable and affordable housing, life skills, and economic development opportunities to benefit low-to-moderate income households throughout Colorado through property development, financing, education, partnership, and technical assistance.

CRHDC was incorporated in 1971 as Colorado Rural Housing Development Corporation to address the intolerable living conditions and lack of adequate housing for migrant farmworkers in the San Luis Valley in rural Colorado. Since then the mission has expanded over the years to address urban and rural community needs on a state-wide scale; including homeownership education/counseling, financial management education/counseling, affordable single-family housing development, post-purchase homeowner education, foreclosure prevention services, affordable multi-family rental housing, property management, and technical assistance provision, focusing on households of low to moderate-income.

Since incorporation, CRHDC has worked in 30 counties in Colorado and is a certified HUD-counseling agency. We are one of only 96 NeighborWorks® Homeownership Centers in the United States, which operates out of the offices in both Westminster and the San Luis Valley.

CRHDC has built over 2,000 homes for households of low-to-moderate income and provided technical assistance for the development of over 500 units of migrant farmworker housing throughout the state. Currently, CRHDC provides property management and oversight for nine rental properties across Colorado for families, seniors, agricultural workers, and people with special needs, including those with developmental and physical disabilities.
